Architectural New Build Bach

An award-winning hillside bach, designed by JTB Architects and recognized with the NZ Architecture Award for Small Project Architecture. We were proud to deliver the full project management and build. Constructed on a tightly constrained 40m² cut platform, this project demanded precise construction methodology and an efficient, considered use of every centimetre of space. The result is a modern, open-plan retreat that sits beautifully within its hillside surroundings, low-maintenance, thoughtfully detailed, and exactly the home away from home its owners envisioned.
